The Flame Team
It’s been a while since we properly introduced ourselves, and we’ve had a few changes over recent times. So, for supporters new and old who like to put a face to a name, here we all are!
JAN – DIRECTOR
Jan founded Flame in 2003 and has travelled extensively to set the captives free since that time. Working with our team, even the bad days are good days!
VAL – DEPUTY DIRECTOR & TRUSTEE SINCE 2003
Team leader for the missions to Africa and running the Forge in Northern England and Scotland. I love to see God transforming lives.
TRISTAN – ONLINE TRAINING & INTERCESSION HUBS CO-ORDINATOR
Tristan’s passion is prayer and missions, encouraging and working with the Body of Christ in eagerly pursuing God’s presence, and serving God’s purpose.
IAN – OUTREACH AND TRAINING OFFICER
Ian heads up The Forge and Healing Days for Flame. He is passionate about seeing Jesus set people free and worshipping in spirit and truth.
NATALIE – PA TO DIRECTOR & SUPPORTER RELATIONS
16 years in the saddle as PA to Jan! Recently completed Forge 1 & 2 and looking forward to going on mission.
HELEN – OPERATIONS SUPPORT MANAGER
Oversees the tasks back home that allow the missions to go ahead smoothly, “It’s a fun variety of all sorts that crosses my deskâ€.
RHODA – MISSION & TRAINING ADMINISTRATOR
One of the newest members of the Flame team. She works on our missions and training to make sure they all go smoothly.
SHARON – VOLUNTEER MISSION TEAM LEADER
Sharon is a wonderful new addition to the Flame team. She has been on mission with Flame in the past and has started leading Flame missions to Africa in 2024.
KAREN – FORGE AND FIRESIDE VOLUNTEER
Karen has volunteered with Flame for many years, doing Forge 1 & 2 as a delegate as well as a facilitator, and has been on mission three times
